A Writer’s Chuckles

Sometimes I stress way too much about things and as a result, the last few weeks have left me questioning my sanity. So today I’ve decided to spread some chuckles to ease my tensions. Hope they will do you a bit of good as well.

  1. We all like to think we’re powerful wizards with our words, don’t we?
Hope you have a stress-free weekend.

  2. I want that second and last one made into posters for my office! By the way, I get so excited when I see your blog updates in my emai!

  3. Thanks for the entertainment! Your chuckles put a smile on my dial:)

  4. I like the Writers graphic and the I’m an Author one, but I like the last one best. Thanks for sharing.

  5. Thanks for the chuckle and stress release. By the way, you look so young on your new gravatar picture. Not a day over age fifteen. :)

    • Demetria, you are welcome. Sometimes you have to laugh to keep from crying. And thank you for the compliment. I wish that I could make time stand still as far as youthfulness.

  6. Thanks, this was wonderful!!

  7. Funny! And oh, so true.

  8. Those are completely awesome! Debbie is brilliant! :)

  9. lol, thanks for the chuckle. I think our fantasies are necessary to get through the trauma of writing a novel ;)

  10. Elise Fallson

Very funny and that first toon is great. Thanks for the smiles. :)

  11. Too funny!
    Hang in there… :)

  12. I believe that these pictures describe all of us in some way.

  13. I love humor that is funny precisely because it hits so home to our truth. By the way, I lost your blog– I don’t know what happened but it’s back on my reading list. Phew! I had about a dozen fall off my list (the reader issue?) I dunno. But I think I have them all almost fixed.

  14. Hi Mel! I wandered over from Julie Leuk’s site and your guest post there. I love these! I’ve seen the second one but the others are new to me. Thanks for sharing and for the laughs :D

    Nice to meet you,
    Jen

  15. Came over from A Thought Grows. I do like your cartoons and what a writer does pics. I totally agree with the last one especially!
